Location: Rich Square, North Carolina

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions with precision and care, following the PT's plan of care to help patients reach their goals.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment, keeping every record accurate and up-to-date.
• Teach and empower patients with education and home exercise programs that extend recovery beyond the clinic.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with supervising PTs to adjust care plans as needed.
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards to create a secure healing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license in North Carolina, or the ability to obtain one before starting
• A team player who can follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of physical therapy techniques and patient care principles
• Skilled in documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes
• Excellent patient education and communication abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Commitment to compliance and professional standards
