BENEFITS: - Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan - 401(k) Savings Plan - Accidental and Critical Illness Insurance - Life Insurance Plan RESPONSIBILITIES: - Approach, greet and offer any assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. - Assist customers in selecting a powersport by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. - Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. - Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. - Build Strong Rapport with customers. - Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used powersports. - Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. - Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous dealership experience is a huge plus - Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales - Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday - Must be outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and - negotiating pricing Have quality customer service skills Possess strong communication skills Must have a clean and valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment' ' Work Remotely - No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20,400.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Compensation Package: - Commission pay - Holiday pay Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Weekends as needed Experience: - Sales: 3 years (Required) - Powersports Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: - Driver's License (Required)
