Role Overview

We are seeking a UKG Subject Matter Expert for a contract role to provide hands-on configuration support and technical guidance. This position will focus on maximizing and optimizing an existing UKG Pro environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical advisor to support HR-led initiatives and system enhancements, ensuring the full functionality of the UKG platform is leveraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UKG platform configuration to support HR initiatives and system enhancements.
• Serve as the technical advisor on the feasibility, effort, and impact of proposed changes.
• Provide architectural insight into the UKG ecosystem to guide optimization efforts.
• Support the reduction of third-party tools by leveraging UKG's full functionality.
• Create solution architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration maps.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a UKG Subject Matter Expert with hands-on configuration knowledge of the UKG Pro platform.

Technical Skills: Expertise in UKG platform configuration is required. Familiarity with HR systems domain knowledge, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and core HR functions, is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or coordinating projects.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, fully remote contract position with an estimated duration of 3 to 6 months. The expected weekly commitment is between 15 and 30 hours, with a flexible schedule based on workload. The role involves collaborating with both HR and PMO departments.
