What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to support daily clinical operations Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care Address team concerns proactively and elevate when appropriate Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and performance management Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Participate in quality assurance initiatives and facility committees Ensure accurate MDS documentation and assist with discharge planning Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents and their families What We’re Looking For Active RN license in the State of New Jersey Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, organization, and critical‑thinking abilities A passion for delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care What We Offer Comprehensive Medical & Dental Insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee recognition and appreciation programs Supportive, collaborative team environment Exclusive employee perks and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
