You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to policy placement, using fresh, affordable Google-generated lead channels. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and lead your own team of producers using our fully supported recruiting system. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications. Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
