Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires delivering clinical support and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments accurately.
• Document patient information and clinical procedures using Meditech.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with travel and licensing regulations upon onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid IN or Compact RN license.
• Demonstrate 1+ year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Have active travel experience, with prior travel assignments required.
• Be able to provide references from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months.
• Meet travel compliance requirements and complete necessary lab work within 24 hours of signing a WOC.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available for 12-hour shifts from 10:00 to 22:00.
