Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems to support our organization's data needs. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing data workflows for performance and reliability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through robust testing and validation processes.
• Implement and maintain data security and compliance measures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
