Midlevel Litigation Associate - Intellectual Property and Complex Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel litigation associate for its Santa Monica, CA office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Duties Manage and execute litigation strategies for complex cases.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Requirements Superior academic credentials.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
