In-House Transactional Attorney

DescriptionWe are looking for a transactional attorney to join a well-established investment platform in Baltimore, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for an Associate with 3-5 years' experience in a law firm who wants to stay close to sophisticated real estate and financing work while taking on greater ownership and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
