The Dietetic Technician supports dietitians in providing nutritional care and education, often in clinical or food service settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment of patients' dietary needs.
• Prepare and deliver nutrition education materials.
• Monitor food service operations for quality and safety.
• Support data collection for nutrition research or program evaluation.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in dietetics or nutrition.
• Certification as a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
