It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility!Your Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends.Your Responsibilities:Ensures accuracy of picking customer ordersPerform quality checksMay operate materials handling equipmentPicks orders with manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)Verifies stock availability and stock shelvesRepackage ordersMaintain a safe and clean work environmentMaintains related recordsYou Must Have:Must be able to use a ring scannerMust be comfortable with heights up to 35'Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple mathDetail orientedMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goalsEffectively communicate and work in a team environmentSelf-motivated and able to multi taskAbility to operate material handling equipment (order picker / forklift)Requirements within this position:Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 50 + pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)We Would Also Prefer:Experience in Pick/PackingTaylor is proud to now offer "DailyPay".
