Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMThe RoleThe LPC will provide individual counseling to clients in Arkansas through telehealth. The work includes understanding each client's concerns, completing assessments, setting treatment goals, and providing therapy based on their needs. Along with client sessions, you'll be responsible for treatment planning, progress documentation, and coordinating with other providers when additional care is needed.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial informationDevelop and update treatment plans based on client needsProvide therapeutic support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concernsReview client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriateMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationRespond to client concerns professionally and follow appropriate clinical procedures
