**Responsibilities:**

* Manage inbound and outbound communications and coordinate meeting schedules
* Recruit qualified candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn
* Manage social media marketing across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, and Discord

**Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, recruiting, sales, or marketing
* Fluent English communication skills
* Ability to clearly understand how the business operates and adapt quickly
* Responsive and clear communication with the team
* Professionalism, motivation, and integrity
* Have access to a reliable internet connection
* Ability and availability to work in US time
