Job Overview BCBAs are needed for all Bloomwell locations. This role focuses on behavioral assessment and treatment of children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload. Supervise, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and other support staff involved with patients at the clinic. Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize progress. Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home. Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to create a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion. Qualifications Master’s Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or completion within 3 months of application. State license, as required. Experience working with children with autism and related disorders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for building, growth, and innovation. Compensation $85,000 - $110,000 a year (ranges from $90,000–$119,000 for non‑leadership positions as noted in benefits).
