We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team. The Charge Nurse oversees daily clinical operations, ensures resident care standards are met, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on your shift

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Document and report resident progress and incidents

• Mentor and support nursing staff

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in [State]

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation requirements
