  • Conduct initial assessments and in-depth consultations with clients to establish individualized care plans tailored to their specific mental health needs and life circumstances.

  • Develop and modify rehabilitation plans that reflect the clients' educational levels, aptitudes, and career aspirations, ensuring adaptability as their progress evolves.

  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, participating in regular multidisciplinary meetings to fine-tune and enhance client treatment strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation within our digital health record system, including treatment history, progress notes, and client correspondence, in compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Monitor client progress systematically, analyzing treatment outcomes and adjusting plans as needed to ensure efficacy and client satisfaction.

  • Engage with clients during their participation in job training and occupational placements, providing guidance and addressing any arising challenges promptly.

  • Work with families and support systems, evaluating how their involvement can facilitate client success and addressing their needs for support.

  • Create timely and thorough reports documenting client assessments and progress updates, facilitating informed decision-making during treatment planning.

  • Provide referrals to additional services and resources that align with clients’ needs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. As you build rapport with clients from various backgrounds, you will have the opportunity to affect their personal journeys towards improved mental well-being, fostering resilience, and promoting independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

  • Current License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is a requirement to practice in Washington State.

  • A proven track record of working with clients with mental health conditions in either outpatient or residential settings.
