We are currently seeking a professional and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Concierge to support luxury residential properties in the Atlanta, Georgia market. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong hospitality background who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a polished front desk presence, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent / Concierge is a key representative of the property and plays an essential role in the overall resident experience. Schedule Requirements Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the property Shift availability may vary based on operational needs Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner Maintain front desk operations and ensure a consistently polished lobby environment Provide high-quality customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests Accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support safety and security Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met Coordinate professionally with vendors, contractors, and on-site management Complete daily logs, reports, and other assigned administrative tasks Perform additional duties as assigned by property management or Stratton leadership Qualifications and Skills Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, customer service, or luxury retail Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and grooming standards required Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Preferred Experience Experience in luxury residential, high-rise, hotel, or upscale service environments Proven ability to deliver consistent, elevated guest and resident experiences Why Join Stratton Amenities Work in luxury residential communities throughout Atlanta Professional, hospitality-focused work environment Supportive leadership and clear service standards Opportunity for growth within a service-oriented organization Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
