Lincare - - Responsibilities: Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system; Assesses customer need for additional products/services; Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services; Documents calls in computerized record keeping system; Enters customer orders in computerized system
