Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Selling packages to guests in order to make 5% commission which adds to hourly pay while maintaining a specific conversion percent 
• Learning and managing waxer’s books
• Answering phones, keeping up with a text system and voicemails
• Checking guests in and out for their reservation
• Using a booking system to schedule appointments
• Learning general product knowledge of our exclusive EWC product line
• Once a month mandatory center wide meetings (Strut Sessions)
• Opening and closing duties such as: checking and responding to voicemails, sending confirmation texts, general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, product and supply stocking and trash removal) 
• Appropriately handling a cash register, credit card system and waxer’s tips
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a friendly work environment while forming lasting relationships with both coworkers and our guests as well as using professional etiquette during all phone calls and in person relations
• Wearing appropriate attire for every shift of all black and an EWC uniform polo shirt

This position is with Botany Bay Wax Company, a multi-unit franchisee of European Wax Center with four centers throughout Rhode Island.
