We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Part Time PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at The Springs of John Barrow in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a Part Time PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists with the implementation of treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapy team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and adapt treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant recommended but not mandatory
• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
• PTA license
