Benefits Specialist

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client, a premier corporate services provider in the Glen Mills area. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits administration, helping ensure smooth onboarding and supporting employees with their coverage and leave inquiries. Job Title: Benefits Specialist Location: Glen Mills, PA (On-site) Pay Rate: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour Position Type: Long-Term Contract / Temporary salary: $24 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administration of employee health, wellness, and retirement benefits plans. Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit options, coverage, and policy details. Assist employees with processing and answering questions regarding leave of absence requests (FMLA, short-term/long-term disability, personal leaves). Process new hire benefit enrollments, status changes, and life events efficiently and accurately. Maintain employee records and input data accurately within the HRIS platform.
