Architectural Designer Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Full-time position with an expected baseline of 40 hours/week Benefits package available (details to be confirmed) Opportunities for growth and leadership within the expanding design team Architectural Designer Requirements & Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant design or drafting experience in hospitality, commercial, or retail settings Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop Excellent communication skills; comfortable interpreting hand sketches and seeking clarification Highly organized with strong time management abilities Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset Experience with procurement is required Must be based in Austin, TX with availability for periodic in-person meetings and site visits Architectural Designer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create architectural drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and concept plans Develop floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD or Revit Coordinate updates, repairs, and additions for operating restaurant locations Support documentation and design phases for new projects Conduct site visits to gather field measurements and assess existing conditions Participate in project review meetings and collaborate with team members in person Maintain organized drawing sets and efficiently manage project files Work closely with the Director of Design and executive leadership to ensure project success This role is ideal for a technically skilled, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative, flexible environment and is eager to grow alongside a dynamic hospitality design team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
