As a front of house team member, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving people. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful team members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Front of house team member responsibilities:

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
