EMT or Paramedic (Night shift)

Medcor is looking to hire a full‑time EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician for our employer‑based occupational health clinic in Irving, TX. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM. The compensation for this position is $27.00–$30.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Provide first aid care and treatment by triaging employees after injury, following step‑by‑step care protocols. Support employees with wellness, education, and teaching. Manage daily clinic operations, including ordering supplies and compliance processes. Collaborate with the employer’s Safety Team, Human Resources, and remote Medcor staff. Collaborate with medical providers at offsite urgent care and hospital facilities. Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and related tools. Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings and Physical Assessment Testing (PATs). Manage case work and OSHA record‑keeping. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees. Required Qualifications Valid licensure for the position (EMT or Paramedic) and current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and technology skills, including familiarity with EMR software. Strong organizational, time‑management, and independent work skills. Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality and a passion for caring for people. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a works‑site clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience.
