Strategic Leadership Execute the company's strategic vision throughout the Denver market. Execute annual operating budget and growth initiatives. Lead organizational change and continuous improvement. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Partner with executive leadership on market expansion. Multi‑Unit Operations Provide leadership for five Stretch Zone studios. Ensure excellence in brand standards, member experience, staffing, sales goals, and compliance.
