We're searching for a Restaurant Manager to help lead a busy, casual seafood restaurant where fresh food, genuine hospitality, and teamwork come together every day. You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team, make a real impact on the business, and have plenty of opportunities to grow your career.

What You'll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and quickly resolve any concerns.
Coach, develop, and motivate the team while fostering a positive culture.
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
Support sales growth while helping the restaurant achieve operational and financial goals.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls.
Comfortable using POS systems and restaurant management software.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with confidence.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
