The role of a Production Team Member assists the Baker in the process and baking of pita bread for Sara’s Market & Bakery brand. Duties and Responsibilities Assist Baker in weighing, measuring, mixing, baking following Sara’s Market & Bakery recipe Assist Baker in ensuring temperatures inside building are optimal for proofing and baking dough Assist Baker in making supply and ingredient orders Ensure quality and freshness of product and communicate any issues to Store Leadership. Inform Baker of any issues of the pita line not working properly. Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices. Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner. Leadership may assign other duties, not listed here. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work in fast paced environment with a sense of urgency Strong organizational skills Ability to perform physical requirements of position Ability to work well with others Strong written and verbal skills Ability to inspect product for quality and freshness Basic computer skills Able to handle stressful situations Able to work flexible schedule based on needs of store including nights, weekends and holidays Qualifications 3+ years working for Commercial bakery business Guest Service focused Team oriented Working Conditions Walking, standing, bending and stooping for 8-10 hours a day Push, pull up to 50lbs Mental and physical dexterity Ability to climb ladders Iteration of duties Ability to taste, smell, feel and visually inspect food #J-18808-Ljbffr Sara's Market & Bakery
