This Is Not Your Average Fiber Technician Job

There is another post for IT Technicians as well, this is meant for FIBER techs!!

Are you a hands‑on Fiber Optic, I.T., or Telecom professional looking for something beyond basic installations? Hardy Industries is seeking skilled, driven Fiber Testing and Splicing Technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond simple cable testing — one day you may be certifying fiber links with an OTDR, the next you’re troubleshooting network impairments, performing fusion splicing (only if you know how), replacing damaged jumpers, or identifying faults across critical infrastructure.

If you’re the kind of person who thrives in the field and enjoys solving complex connectivity challenges, this opportunity is for you.

• Work independently across various environments including retail, medical, restaurant, corporate, telecommunications, and data center facilities
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients and project stakeholders
• Be available to accept service requests within your coverage territory depending on your availability, NOT FULL TIME
