This role supports the full lifecycle from data pipeline to finished report — designing reliable integrations, transforming raw data into clean, structured models, and delivering operational dashboards and reports that give leadership and teams across the visibility they need to run the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that move and transform data across ERP, operational, and reporting systemsDevelop and maintain integrations between key platforms (ERP, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party tools)Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into durable data solutionsBuild and maintain data models and semantic layers that support self-service analytics and Power BI reportingDesign, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards that surface key metrics for finance and operations leadership across all divisionsAutomate repetitive data workflows using Power Automate, Python, or similar tools to reduce manual effort across the businessSupport the evaluation and implementation of new data tools and platforms as the team’s data infrastructure evolvesCollaborate with the Business Systems Analysts to align data architecture with ERP workflows and business processesMonitor pipeline health and proactively address failures, latency issues, or data anomalies before they impact the business Success MetricsReliability and freshness of data pipelines feeding operational and financial reportsReduction in manual data handling and spreadsheet-based workarounds across divisionsData quality and consistency across key reporting areas (financials, production, inventory)Stakeholder satisfaction with operational reports, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a closely related roleStrong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data transformation and automationExperience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePointFamiliarity with relational databases and data warehouse concepts; experience with cloud data platforms a plusStrong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to data problemsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership About Arthur GrandArthur Grand is an IT services firm specializing in Digital Transformation initiatives for Federal, Commercial, State & local customers.
