OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Bettendorf, IA by HMD Trucking (Bettendorf)

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• 6 months of flatbed experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate flatbed freight routes from Bettendorf, IA with HMD Trucking.

Pilot our 500+ vehicle fleet—APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and comprehensive maintenance support.

Job Duties:

• Deliver flatbed shipments nationwide
• Secure and tarp loads correctly
• Maintain logs and comply with safety guidelines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay of $0.70/mile plus $0.10 safety/productivity bonus
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Regular home time and extensive benefits package

You’ll need a Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
