Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our Marble Slab Creamery team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the ice cream parlor team. We are a family oriented and team focused environment. Only happy people need apply!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and work with a sense of urgency
Properly set-up & prep store when on Opening shift and close & clean store when on Closing shift
Be able to prepare all products sold in store, including making of ice cream and other products made fresh in house
Responsible for maintaining store appearance ensuring the store remains clean and organized at all times
Maintain proper flow of daily work activity and team work
Fulfill in-house customer orders and delivery service orders
Assist with inventory management
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in restaurant/hospitality
Must be available to work Opening shift and Closing shift, for Weekdays and Weekends.
Must have positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things
Understanding of time management and the ability to shift priorities when needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak season
Independent self-starter for projects during slow season
Must be flexible to fill in when needed to keep store running smoothly
