Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools to facilitate meaningful connections with clients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the individualized needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Utilize best practices and evidence-based interventions, staying current with ongoing professional education and training.
\n
• Assess client needs and risks through careful triage, prioritizing treatment interventions and managing a high caseload effectively.

• Adapt therapeutic strategies to be culturally sensitive and relevant to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, seek guidance, and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving teenagers and young adults who may struggle with a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning. You will be expected to build trust with clients, helping them to articulate their goals and work collaboratively towards achieving them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate individualized treatment plans effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, determined by your caseload and experience level.
