Founded by Alix Earle and developed alongside dermatologist Dr. Kiran Mian, the brand was built from real experience with breakouts and the belief that skincare should be both effective and uncomplicated. Role Overview The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing the Reale Actives brand to life across digital, social, and marketing channels. This role will help translate our brand identity into compelling visual content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and everyday brand storytelling. This person will work closely with marketing, product marketing, and leadership to design assets that support growth across e‑commerce, email, social media, retail partnerships, and brand campaigns. Because we are an early‑stage company, this role requires someone who is both creative and highly hands‑on. The right person will be comfortable executing quickly, balancing multiple priorities, and helping build the visual systems that will scale with the company. What You’ll Own In this role, you will take ownership of key initiatives including: Designing digital assets for email, social media, paid marketing, and brand campaigns Creating e‑commerce and website creative including product visuals, banners, and promotional graphics Supporting product launches with campaign creative and marketing materials Developing visual assets for email marketing, retail partners, and marketing presentations Maintaining and evolving brand design standards to ensure visual consistency across channels Partnering closely with marketing and product marketing to translate strategy into compelling creative Supporting content creation initiatives including social storytelling and creator collaborations Organizing and maintaining design files and creative assets for internal teams As a growing startup, responsibilities may evolve as the company continues to scale. Requirements What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, or consumer brands Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and brand design work Ability to balance creativity with speed and execution in a fast-moving environment Experience designing social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and paid media Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high level of taste Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand storytelling Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and leadership teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer products Experience working in a startup or high-growth company Familiarity with e‑commerce creative and product marketing assets Experience working alongside content creators or influencer campaigns Experience contributing to art direction or concept development What Success Looks Like Delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative that strengthens the Reale Actives brand Supporting fast-moving marketing initiatives with strong design execution Helping build visual systems and templates that scale as the company grows Building strong partnerships across marketing, product, and leadership teams Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team culture Equal Opportunity Employer Reale Actives is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
