Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Electrophysiology/Cardiology team in Moline. Key Responsibilities:

Outpatient Care & Patient Management:

• Conduct independent patient visits in the clinic setting.
• Perform and dictate comprehensive history and physical exams.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in patient care planning and support ongoing practice development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Illinois (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of cardiology or electrophysiology experience (required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Effective communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated by patient outcomes.

• Competitive Pay – $95,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
