Job Overview At Main Event, bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. Daily Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests while representing the brand. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Showcase knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests’ needs. Create memorable experiences through exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Position Requirements At least 6 months of bartending experience. Guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork orientation. 21+ years of age with required alcohol certification. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
