Procurement Systems Manager

Are you ready to optimize the "Intake-to-Pay" engine at the forefront of AI innovation?

In this role, you will be the lead architect for our Zip environment. You will bridge the gap between complex operational requirements and a frictionless user experience. If you are a Zip expert with a bias for action and a passion for automation, we want to talk to you. ️

The Impact You’ll Make

Architect Efficiency ️: Take ownership of Zip configuration. You will refine routing, approval chains, and conditional logic to eliminate friction and ensure seamless workflows.
Scale Through Automation : Beyond standard administration, you’ll be a key player in deploying AI-enabled procurement agents and intelligent triage systems.
Bridge Cross-Functional Silos : Act as the central point of contact between Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Enterprise Tech to ensure every workflow is compliant, measurable, and efficient.
Translate Data into UX : Use system data and requester feedback to identify pain points, iterate on forms, and continuously improve the "purchasing experience" for the entire company.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Zip Mastery : You have deep, hands-on experience configuring Zip. From complex approval chains to form logic and data handoffs, you know exactly how to bend the platform to support business objectives.
Operational DNA : You understand the lifecycle of procurement—from intake to pay—and you know how to build "compliance-by-design" into every step.
Automation Mindset ⚙️: You aren't just a platform administrator; you are an innovator. You feel at home deploying AI-assisted workflows and finding creative ways to automate manual tasks.
Execution Focus ⚡: You thrive in fast-moving environments. You identify issues independently, propose concrete fixes, and move quickly to ship improvements.
User-Centricity : You view the procurement process through the lens of the requester. You want to make it easier for teams to do their jobs while keeping the business secure.

The Details

Location : San Francisco, CA.
Model : Hybrid (3 days per week in-office).
