Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Range: $18.70 - $22.56 per hour Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Act as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization. Resolve guest interactions and drive profit optimization while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Support other hourly roles you are certified in and be scheduled based on restaurant needs. Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Supervise peers and provide effective leadership. Perform basic business math, accounting, and other analytical/decision‑making tasks. Use personal computers as required for shift and operational duties. Work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of 1 year of full‑service restaurant experience (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Basic business math and accounting skills. Basic personal computer literacy. Reliable transportation required. ServSafe Certified preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to be energetic, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and dependable. Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers. Passion for the business and compassion for people. Benefits & Compensation Pay range disclosed above.
