Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. Available shift: Part-time 3pm-11pm In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities Current or eligible for certification in CPR Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
