Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Care

CNA Home Health

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

  • Previous home health experience preferred
  • Experience in hospice setting preferred
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care to hospice patients in home settings
  • Assist with daily living activities as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Communicate with healthcare team regarding patient needs and updates
