Electrical ForemanAlliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-time licensed electrician based in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing Electrical team. This is a field-based position responsible for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including electrical service calls and installation in a commercial/industrial setting. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, primary and secondary distribution systems, and more.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial/industrial electrical systemsTroubleshoot and perform repairs on electrical systemsRead and interpret blueprints/schematicsMaintain detailed records and documentation of work performedEssential Qualifications and Competencies4+ years of electrical experience requiredDriver's License requiredActive Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desiredStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work efficientlyHigh level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrityMust possess proactive, positive problem-solving skillsMust be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team playExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Must maintain a company vehicleMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basisU.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatoryApplicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.Alliance Group Services values diversity and commit to making hiring decisions based on the skills and traits needed to be successful in this role.
