Contractor Onboarding & Training Lead

Budderfly seeks a Contractor Onboarding Specialist to manage our referred contractor pipeline and help onboard approved contractors. You will oversee recruitment through activation, ensuring compliance and quality at every step. Collaborating with the Program Manager and Contractor Training, you will coordinate onboarding activities, drive improvements, and ensure contractors are configured in key systems.
