Desktop Support Engineer /Windows/Banking
Location - Hybrid/New Caanan or Hamden CT

Requirement Notes (Candidate Job description below) : CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE - We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support across its office and branch environment and to help prepare the bank’s workstations and peripherals for its upcoming core conversion to Jack Henry. This consultant will work closely with the bank’s IT team to keep employees productive, resolve escalated issues, and ensure endpoints are configured, secure, and conversion-ready. Candidates must have experience Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications, along with basic Active Directory administration (account setup, password resets, group membership). **** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WORKING IN Financial services, Banking or Capital markets and the client would like to see certifications. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN AN HOUR COMMUTE TO NEW CAANAN OR HAMDEN, CT. THERE IS A LITTLE FLEXIBILITY ON RATE BUT NOT MUCH.
Required Candidate Location: Hybrid/New Caanan or Hamden CT 3 Days a Week - NO RELOCATION
