Program Specialist

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Specialist.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Greenwood Village Colorado 80111

As a Program Specialist, you will:

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and assignment tracking processes for contingent workers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Monitor compliance documentation and ensure all required forms are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with reporting by compiling workforce data, preparing summaries, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate communications between hiring managers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Troubleshoot basic process and system-related issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to established program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Workforce Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Vendor Management System (VMS) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Exposure to contingent workforce programs, staffing operations, or supplier management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $28-$30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
