Waitstaff Position at The Worthington

Waitstaff at The Worthington is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. Waitstaff ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Part-time at The Worthington: Breakfast service (6:00 am - 9:00 am)
• Part-time at The Worthington: Lunch service (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
• Part-time at The Winslow, 15-20 hours per week
• Weekend and Holiday availability are preferred

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
• No previous experience is required
• Current Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
