Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide OTR dry‑van routes for HMD Trucking based in Virginia Beach, handling long‑haul freight with reliable dispatch and consistent lanes.

What you'll do:

• Safely operate company dry vans, complete pre/post‑trip inspections, and maintain accurate trip records.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet pickup and delivery windows across regional and national lanes.

Perks & expectations:

• Pay starts at 65¢/mile with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Fleet trucks are under three years with APUs, inverters, sleepers, and in‑house maintenance support.

Qualifications: valid CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. Home every two weeks and full benefits available.
