Job Title

NICU Registered Nurse (Nights) – Level III

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend deliveries as required and provide immediate neonatal assessment and intervention
• Monitor and manage complex neonatal conditions throughout assigned shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California
• Minimum of two (2) years of Level III NICU experience
• Experience in delivery attendance is required
• Candidates without Level III NICU experience and delivery attendance experience will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Post-partum nursing experience
• Strong familiarity with neonatal monitoring equipment and protocols in a high-acuity environment
