Role Description The Retail Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate Metro by T-Mobile products and plans. Daily tasks include explaining product features, processing sales transactions, activating devices, and assisting with account inquiries. The Retail Sales Representative also maintains store cleanliness, ensures product displays are organized, and supports promotional activities. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience is essential. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to achieve store goals and drive revenue. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage customers and resolve issues effectively. Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge of mobile devices, wireless plans, and related services. Basic math and cash-handling abilities, with attention to detail in processing transactions. Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proven reliability, punctuality, and accountability in a retail or customer-facing environment.
