Flexible Evenings & Weekends | Meaningful One-on-One Care $17 hour Flexible availability needed, especially evenings and weekends Previous personal care experience is required Looking for the Right Person for a Very Special Client We are looking for a dependable, patient, and compassionate Care Pro to join an established care team supporting a wonderful client in their home. This is a client who enjoys good company, sports, football, basketball, horses, family time, and spending time outside when the weather is nice. If you are someone who enjoys building a genuine connection with your client and believes caregiving is about more than simply completing a list of tasks, this could be a great fit. What Makes This Care Unique? This client has a well-established daily routine and a team of family members and outside healthcare professionals involved in their care. The right Care Pro will be comfortable working as part of a team and following established routines. Patience and communication are extremely important. Our client communicates in a way that requires caregivers to slow down, pay attention, and allow extra time to understand what they are saying or requesting. The little things matter here—making sure someone is comfortable, adjusting pillows or blankets, helping with positioning, spending time together, enjoying the outdoors, or simply being good company.
