Job Description:

Position: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts

Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts
• 7:00pm-7:30am
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
• 36 hours per week

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,803 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Provide respiratory and pulmonary therapy services for patients of all ages
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapeutic interventions
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patients in acute care and critical care environments
• May float between multiple hospital locations as needed
• Deliver respiratory care to a diverse patient population from infants to adults

Requirements:

• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy license required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Minimum one year of critical care experience preferred
• NRP preferred (may be completed onsite)
