Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive outbound, proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across the USA and Canada. The role is home-based and reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance, with 2–4 in-market visits per year.

Responsibilities include building a high-performance sales culture, driving ROI, and growing market share using Salesforce. Compensation features a $70K base salary, quarterly incentives, profit sharing, 31 paid days off, and comprehensive
